Buenas, tengo una acción del mercado australiano, la cual está inmersa en una Acción Corporativa.
Os agradecería, si alguien controla, que me aclaraseis de que se trata exactamente, y si debo tener cuidado con algún aspecto.

La acción es NEOMETALS del ASX (luego pongo enlaces)
Y lo que yo entiendo es que dan una especie de dividendo en acciones de una nueva compañía.
Si es así, y entiendo bien, no debe haber mayor problema.
Pero me surgen varias dudas:
- Es realmente un dividendo en acciones nuevas.? O se trata de un cambio de denominación de las acciones?
- Deberé de realizar alguna gestión al respecto? O es un chance automático?

Impecable tendencia alcista. En la parte final se acelera la subida, lo cual podría presuponer una inminente corrección antes de intentar nuevas cotas.
El volumen se ha incrementado, lo que podría ser un síntoma de distribución a priori.
No obstante, me parece ver un triángulo ascendente en la zona de máximos. La clave estará en si logra superar la resistencia de 1,73 o si, por el contrario, termina por perder el soporte de 1,41.
El RSI-14 dibuja una divergencia bajista, que podría seguir siéndola aún si lograra superar ese máximo.
Si estás dispuesto a intentar exprimirla aún más a costa de arriesgar parte de las plusvalías obtenidas, puedes intentarlo vigilando, eso sí, el soporte reseñado.
Pero tampoco es mala hacer caja, en vista del acelerón último, el aumento del volumen y la divergencia bajista (o proyecto de divergencia bajista en ciernes) y que el último euro lo gane otro.
Te corresponde a ti decidirlo.

Neometals notes the press release made today by Mercedes-Benz AG (“Mercedes-Benz”), regarding its global strategy for recycling automotive battery systems, which includes a recycling plant at its Kuppenheim operations in Southern Germany;
Mercedes-Benz has announced that its subsidiary LICULAR GmbH (“LICULAR”) plans to cooperate with Neometals’ battery recycling JV, Primobius, as its technology partner, for the design and construction of the proposed recycling plant;
Primobius is in advanced discussions with Mercedes-Benz regarding the design and construction of a 2,500 tpa lithium-ion battery recycling plant for LICULAR’s facilities; and
Neometals looks forward to Primobius’ continuing collaboration with Mercedes-Benz and will keep the market informed of developments.

Cash balance A$65.2 million, receivables and investments of A$46.5 million and no debt; and

DOWNSTREAM - MATERIALS PROCESSING
Lithium-ion Battery (“LIB”) Recycling Project (50% NMT via Primobius GmbH, an incorporated JV with SMS group GmbH)
Demonstration Plant Stage 2 Refining trials complete and AACE Class 3 Engineering Cost Study for 50tpd integrated (Stage 1 & 2) operation on track for completion by end of June 2022;
Primobius officially opened its 10tpd commercial Stage 1 plant in Hilchenbach, Germany with federal operating permit obtained post quarter-end and commercial operations scheduled to commence mid-May 2022;
Mercedes-Benz announced its selection of Primobius as its technology partner, and to provide the design and construction of a 10tpd integrated plant at its production facilities in Kuppenheim, Germany; and

Lithium Chemicals Project (earning into 50:50 JV with Bondalti Chemicals SA via Reed Advanced Materials Pty Ltd (“RAM”) (NMT 70:30 Mineral Resources Ltd)
Engagement of Primero to update previous AACE Class 3 Engineering Cost Study for a 20,000tpa lithium hydroxide operation located at Bondalti’s Estarreja chlor-alkali operation in Portugal, on track for completion in the DecQ 2022; and
Commencement of engineering and procurement activities for the proposed Pilot Plant to prove the process at scale of lithium feedstocks from both brine and hard rock sources.

UPSTREAM – MINERAL EXTRACTION
Barrambie Titanium and Vanadium Project (“Barrambie”) (100% NMT)
Completion of gravity concentrate bulk samples from Menzies Pilot Plant and shipment post quarter-end to Jiuxing for commercial smelting trials planned to commence JunQ 2022; and
AACE Class 4 Pre-feasibility Study advanced and on track for completion in SepQ 2022.

PRIMOBIUS EXECUTES COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH MERCEDES-BENZ



HIGHLIGHTS
Neometals battery recycling JV, Primobius, has executed a cooperation agreement (“Cooperation”) with Mercedes-Benz recycling subsidiary, LICULAR GmbH (“LICULAR”);
The Cooperation follows a Mercedes-Benz announcement in March 2022, highlighting Primobius as its technology partner for the design and construction of a 2,500tpa lithium-ion battery recycling plant (“Recycling Plant”);
The Cooperation is conditional upon LICULAR issuing a purchase order for the engineering, supply and installation of the necessary equipment for the Recycling Plant;
Subject to receipt of the agreed purchase order, under the Cooperation:
Primobius will enter into long-term research and development collaboration to recycle next generation cell formats and chemistries;
Primobius will provide a non-exclusive technology licence for the Recycling Plant, know-how, staff training, engineering and plant management support to LICULAR; and
During the Recycling Plant operations phase, the parties will jointly evaluate an industrial-scale operation of Primobius’ recycling technology.
The Recycling Plant will be operated at an agreed LICULAR location (which Neometals expects to be Mercedes-Benz’s Kuppenheim Operations in Southern Germany).

Vanadium Recovery Project (“VRP”) (earning into 50:50 JV with Critical Metals Ltd)
Potential for lowest quartile operating costs confirmed via AACE® Class 3 Engineering and Cost Study (“ECS”) announced post the quarter end;
Feasibility study, including ECS findings, is being advanced in parallel with negotiations for additional slag volumes from Swedish Steel AB (“SSAB”); and
Offtake, financing and permitting activities advanced during the quarter with a decision on the environmental permit expected from Finnish regulators in September 2022.

Lithium Chemicals Project (earning into 50:50 JV with Bondalti Chemicals SA via Reed Advanced Materials Pty Ltd (“RAM”) (NMT 70:30 Mineral Resources Ltd)
Commenced AACE® Class 3 ECS for ~20,000tpa lithium hydroxide production using RAM’s ELi® Process at Bondalti’s Estarreja chlor-alkali operation in Portugal. Scheduled for completion in the DecQ 2022;
Commenced engineering activities for proposed Pilot Plant to be located at Estarreja. Equipment supply contract to be awarded in SepQ 2022 with installation and commissioning expected in the MarQ 2023; and
Multiple feedstock sourcing negotiations (lithium brine and spodumene concentrates) in progress to secure material for test work trials (bench and pilot).

UPSTREAM – MINERAL EXTRACTION
