PRIMOBIUS – ENGINEERING COST STUDY FOR FIRST STAGE OF 50 TPD
RECYCLING PLANT



HIGHLIGHTS
Completion of Primobius’ Engineering Cost Study for the first stage shredding plant (‘‘Spoke’’) of a potential 50 tpd integrated lithium-ion battery recycling operation on a greenfields site in Germany;
New design includes a European-first integrated discharging and disassembly operation to enable processing of larger modules from warranty returns and end-of-life electric vehicles (“EV”) in addition to cell production scrap;
Operating cost estimate of US$1,400 per tonne of feed (assumed mix 70% modules: 30% cells);
Capital cost estimate of US$103.9M (including 20% contingency) includes land, buildings, plant and equipment, installation, infrastructure, pre-production and owner’s costs (including EPC); and
The Engineering Cost Study for the second-stage hydrometallurgical refinery (“Hub”) is due in Dec 2022.

Primobius has also been issued with an exclusive full commercial operations license to the Recycling IP, replacing the previous limited evaluation licence, to support its multiple business models

Adelante con la cooperación con Mercedes

Mercedes-Benz Battery Recycling Plant Purchase Order

HIGHLIGHTS
Primobius cooperation with Mercedes-Benz (“Mercedes”) advances with purchase order for fabrication, installation and commissioning of a 10tpd lithium-ion battery (“LIB”) shredding ‘Spoke’;
Mercedes recycling plant installation is scheduled to commence in Q4 2023, immediately after building completion; and
The Primobius 10tpd Spoke is ‘product ready’ and can now be supplied to existing licensees and new customers. The Mercedes Hub is scheduled to be ‘product ready’ in the SepQ 2023.

Pero yo no estoy comentando si entrar o salir, ni miro su técnico. Lo que ando comentando, es sus fundamentales
Andan inmersos en el reciclaje de baterías de litio, con algunas buenas colaboraciones, como con Mercedes.
Y por lo que les voy siguiendo, van dando pasitos hacia adelante.

Tal vez, con alguien como tú que la entienda técnicamente, se le podría buscar el punto de entrada algún día, pero eso es ya otro asunto.

A raíz de leer la información que has colgado por eso he buscado el gráfico, por si estaba para entrar...le pondré alarma en algún nivel de referencia que nos pueda indicar giro..y lo mismo nos podemos incorporar por AT. Si va tan bien en fundamentales no debe tardar en que el gráfico empiece a ir girando..

Lleva ya tiempo arrojando noticias que (para mí) tienen buena pinta.
Perooooo, y siempre hay un pero, no para de bajar. Aparte del técnico y los fundamentales, habría que ver los números, y yo aunque los he visto (los publicados) no los se interpretar, y menos en inglés. Tal vez ese sea su talón de Aquiles, ni idea

De todas formas, hace más de un año que no estoy encima de ella. Tan solo veo los emails que me manda la Cia.

No me gustaría que porque yo la ponga en el candelero posteando sobre ella, nadie se piense que la estoy aconsejando.

Tal y como indicabas tu, el valor ha ido hacia abajo desde que comentamos

Ayer sacó resultados, aparentemente son buenos (14 millones de caja, 22 de inversiones y Sin deuda) y parece que siguen avanzando en su Timeline.
Pero mira si cotización !!
El día antes cerró en 31, ese día abrió en 28 y cayó hasta 23. Muy buena ostia, si señor

Igual se me escapa algo en ese tocho de datos en inglés, que reconozco no me lo he leído entero. O tal vez esté muy adornado al ser escrito por la empresa.
Pero algo tiene que haber para que el mercado les castigue tanto. Y no es cosa solo de esta vez, ya lleva una buena temporada con un gráfico muy triste

Voy a leer algún foro australiano, a ver qué se cuentan por allí
Pero yo creo que la empresa, o al menos su modalidad de negocio, si tiene futuro. Y que quién acierte en entrar en su momento ideal, puede tener buenos frutos.

Técnicamente, que franjas le ves tú?

Engineering Cost Study results for 21,000tpa integrated Spoke and Hub indicate potential for the main product, lithium, to be in the lowest cost position globally; and
First national phase patent granted in Australia,16 other national phase patents are at various stages of prosecution globally.
Lithium Chemicals (Co-funding Pilot Plant with Bondalti Chemicals SA (and related entity) via Reed Advanced Materials Pty Ltd (“RAM”) (70% NMT, 30% Mineral Resources Ltd)
Completion of purification stage of pilot test work program at SGS in Canada. Commencement of electrolysis and product crystallisation stage expected in November 2023; and
Pilot activities being co-funded by Bondalti Chemicals SA with future works to fall under new co-operation agreement covering planned demonstration and commercial plant activities.
Vanadium Recovery (“VRP”) (72.5% NMT via Recycling Industries Scandinavia AB (“RISAB”), an incorporated JV with Critical Metals Ltd), Technology 100% NMT via Avanti Materials Ltd)
Progressed project financing activities and secured ‘take or pay’ offtake agreement with Glencore International AG for 100% of vanadium production at market linked pricing without forward sales.
Subsequent to the end of the quarter Neometals providing notice to its partner in the Finnish Vanadium Recovery Project (“VRP1”) of its wish not to proceed with construction; and
Commercialisation of the VRP technology will now be conducted under a technology licensing business model.

UPSTREAM – MINERAL EXTRACTION
Barrambie Titanium and Vanadium (“Barrambie”) (100% NMT)
Metallurgical test-work, regional exploration, native title, environmental and water activities advanced;
Offtake negotiations discontinued with Jiuxing given inability to agree mutually acceptable terms in relation to offtake and equity funding; and
Ongoing engagement with third-party titanium producers and mining services companies in relation to offtake, equity investment and contract mine-to-port solution.

Y el mercado no tiene confianza en la empresa.
Pues a mi, el convenio con Mercedes me parece muy bueno

Habrá que ESPERAR a ver como se desarrollan las cosas.

Me había olvidado, por ahora sigue siendo no tocar para posiciones largas, ahora he visto que mucho volumen en la caída y además está estirado en cuanto a medias, puede rebotar fuerte, pero solo para eso. No merece la pena hasta que haga suelo, que no sabemos dónde lo hará.
